We've had a lot of work done at Beiler's with our older cars and always get a full diagnostic with explanations of needed, recommended and/or could be put off repairs. No high pressure selling, just the facts and at a fair price. Strongly recommended as your go to repair shop. Types of work done on two different vehicles: brakes, tires, ball joints, oil changes, coolant flushes, AC inspections and diagnostics for engine repair. They also have loaner vehicles if you need one, you do need to schedule in advance but worth the extra time invested.

If you could only add more stars for their rating. We were on the highway when brakes were acting strange. Called triple AAA when we got of the highway. I am absolutely helpless when it comes to cars. But after taking my car to the service department of the dealership I got it from multiple times over 2 years, I was fed up. I'd been bringing it to them for regular 5k oil changes, and repeatedly told them that the engine (or so I thought) was incredibly loud, and the steering column rattled when breaking. The slip indicator light came on randomly. I was ignored every time, and made to wait ridiculous hours for minor things, like changing a tire. So I found this place based off the great reviews across all platforms, and I am SO happy I did. I couldn't find anyone who would fit me in the week I called, and most places weren't open after Hurricane Ian. But they were! The owner, Danny, answered the phone himself and was so nice and efficient about booking me an appointment just two days away. I even had a concern with one of my lights that he looked at for free that same day in case he needed to order a part. Every time I have come in, Danny has either been in the office or on call to come in. Stand up guy, refreshing to see a service place that has management that cares. I came in to drop off, and the Service Advisor, Chris, listened to my concerns and noticed a "clunk" when turning that even I hadn't really noticed all that often, as well as excessive play in the wheel. This had been noticed previously by my prior mechanic, but had been brushed off as "No big deal." She said it shouldn't matter if I'd been driving it with that for this long. Meanwhile, Chris offered to run diagnostics, and I was desperate to have someone tell me what was wrong, so I agreed. Turns out, there was a LOT wrong! The serpentine belt, the pinion (where the noise was coming from!), the battery, all things any real mechanic should have spotted. My prior mechanic made no effort to inform me of how dangerous my car was, or that any of these things could have been a problem. And they diagnosed this ALL without me having remembered to tell them about the indicator light. When I asked for pictures, they were able to bring the parts to me and show me the damage first hand! Wow! Driving out of that lot felt like I had bought a new car, it handled so differently. Better than it did when I bought it. I'm furious at my previous mechanic (Toyota of Pinellas Park, be ashamed!) for putting my life and the stability of my car at risk. The repairs weren't cheap, but I consulted with my dad (a prior race car mechanic) and he agreed they were giving me a fair price for labor and parts. They also offered multiple financing options, and went to great lengths to make sure I could afford these repairs to make my car safe again. Danny came back in just to help me get my financing settled. Oh, and the decorations in the lobby were so nice. Not your standard run down mechanic lobby. Anyway, tldr: Go here! Their service was so good, Chris, Danny, Mic, and everyone else at the shop were so nice and put up with my rambling and freaking out and constant calling, and they WILL fix your car even if no one else could figure it out! With a 2 day turnaround, no less! I'll be back in 5k!

I called Beiler's to see about replacing the boot on one of my shocks. They told me that it was rarely that, that sort of work needed to be done, they said they'd be happy to take a look at it if I liked or... if I just brought it by next time I needed an oil change, they'd include a very thorough inspection with the oil change. The oil change was affordably priced. Even better than most in-and-out places. And about the inspection, they were telling the truth. Topped off fluids and were able to tell me about things coming up for my car, none of which they tried to sell me on the spot. The boot was dry rotted but did not need to be replaced. The things that really sold me is the excellent and friendly communication, clean, easy to access shop and just their honesty and thoroughness. They say 1,000 people move to Florida every day. These are people that are leaving their old/trusted auto maintenance pros behind. Beiler's did a great job of helping me find my new place.

I really can?t overstate how good this place is. I have a 2004 Tahoe and I am the original owner and it?s been a good reliable vehicle for the most part. I have had some good experiences generally at other shops but I came to Beiler's Auto on reputation alone. I can honestly say I am glad I did. Needless to say after 18 years that the truck is going to have to have some stuff fixed occasionally. So the first time I brought it to Beiler's Was for a power steering pump. They were able to fix the issue without needing to replace the pump. I had them do some preventative work at the same time. The total bill was less than I would?ve paid at a dealer just to replace the power steering pump. I had a couple electrical problems after that that they were able to quickly diagnose and get me back on the road while keeping my bill at a minimum. And most recently I needed a new starter which they replaced with a part with a 2 year warranty for about half of what I would?ve paid at the dealer. Basically the one thing I can say about Beilers Auto Repair is that you can trust them. That?s a rare thing nowadays.

Take it from a Sarasota native...Danny and his team are the best in town. Honest, excellent mechanics. You never have to worry about the necessity or quality of the work they perform. A friend recommended Beiler's to me because I was looking for an alternative to going back to my dealer. The staff were friendly, professional and polite, the waiting area is clean and comfy and they go out of the way to make your wait comfortable. They did a great job on my initial service so I asked them to quote tires for my wife's car. They came in about 10% under the price I got from a chain tire store so I had them replace our tires the following week. We are here on vacation and the water pump went out on our MKZ. In Ford's great wisdom, they designed these engines with an internal water pump, meaning the whole engine needed to be removed to repair it. Beilers was able to complete the job within a week, greatly appreciated. The shop and staff are very professional and top notch. If we lived in the area all our vehicles would be serviced by them. We have used Beiler's Auto Repair for many years but this is my first review. The team there is trustworthy and transparent. Last year a dealer quoted $3500+ to resolve an issue they attributed to a known Honda Service Bulletin. I obtained the error codes and took our 2012 Odyssey to Beiler's for a second opinion. They recommended an alternative at a fraction of the cost while being straightforward in their assessment that the probability of success was good, but not a guarantee. I appreciated that, gave the green light, and it fixed the problem. This week the van started acting up and we dropped it off on a Sunday evening. Beiler's diagnosed a fouled spark plug and replaced it under [their] warranty. Knowing we had access to another vehicle Danny kept the van a few days to put some miles on it and make sure the problem was resolved before giving it back to my wife. THAT is peace of mind! To top it all off they noticed a few other things that needed attention and took care of them at no charge. Needless to say we are customers for life. If you are looking for a VERY competent shop with a stellar reputation that you can trust wholeheartedly I would recommend Beiler's without qualification.

I drove in from Oklahoma on a family matter...and my ignition would not budge. After calling my husband (who always takes care of my car) he did online research, and told me to have the car towed to Beiler's. Mr. Beiler and Brad discussed what was happening with my car with husband and me...and in no time at all I was able to get my car fully repaired (and then some!) Beiler's also had a car "loaner" available to me (MUCH easier and less expensive than me trying to rent a car during this COVID mess) and I was extremely grateful! I strongly encourage anyone looking for a trustworthy, reasonably price auto shop in the Sarasota/Bradenton area to consult with Beiler's!

Had an annoying stuck-on turn signal. Tried all of the brand dealers for 50 miles - couldn't get in for a week. Beilers got me in quickly. Diagnosed the problem, ordered the part. Since I am not local, with no other transportation, they had me come back the following day for install. Price was very reasonable and they were courteous and careful! I recommend them highly!

We took our Honda CRV in to check for potentially needed brake pads and a "rattle" coming from under the hood. Replaced the much needed front brake pads and a simple fix for the rattle under the hood. Friendly, prompt, and the most important "HONEST" auto repair store we have ever dealt with. Danny even called us back a week later to see how the new brake pads were working out (never have we ever had a car dealer or auto repair store follow-up on service - other than the "automated calls from the dealers". So impressed with their staff, service and technical ability. Oh and prices much more reasonable than the Honda dealer. HIGH MARKS from us - would return if ever had a car problem again.

Beiler's Auto Repair has an exceptional family feel to it. When you first walk in, the lobby has comfortable couches, complimentary coffee and small treats. The owner is more than accommodating and offers a ride and comes out to look over your vehicle and does what he can without asking for a penny unless need be. I thought the patch they put in my tire didn't hold when I got a flat so they said they'd replace my tire with no labor cost. They ended up discovering that the patch was in good shape yet they still didn't charge me. I can honestly say, these guys are the real deal and would never steer you wrong.

Beiler's has taken care of my families cars and has for years. My wife's car had a hesitation problem . It turned out to be a transmission issue. Beiler's took the car to a transmission shop, got me a fair quote and the problem was repaired promptly. They even gave me a loaner car while the transmission shop took care of it. And it was comforting to have a reference to a transmission shop I could trust. The problem also was only a transmission repair rather than replacement . So it was not expensive. Although my repair was a minor one, it was completed professionally and at a reasonable price. And I was treated like a valued customer, so that I would happily return for future repairs. My experience with Beiler?s has always been great. In fact, one time my shifting mechanism got caught in reverse while I was sitting in the ATM line. Luckily nobody was behind me because all I could do was go backwards. So I drove backwards out of the ATM line and called Beiler?s. Without hesitation, Danny arrived, did something under my car,gave me his keys and said to follow him back to the shop while he drove my car. Talk about exceptional service!!!!! I will always take my vehicles to Beiler?s because they always fix the issue, and they always treat us kindly!

Had my wheel bearing replaced, synthetic oil change and nail in tire fixed. Devin was prompt on updating status. They had a loaner car to borrow which was nice. There could have been a mistake replacing a sensor but they found the true cause and saved me from spending money on a sensor that wasn't needed. They also repaired the nail in my tire for free which was a nice gesture as this was my first time using this shop.
